Is everything on the site handmade? TOP
Yes! Everything from Eleventeen Apparel is handmade by Angela. All seams are serged for durability. A conventional machine is also used in the making of these garments.

What is your return policy? TOP

If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact angela@eleventeenapparel.com before returning your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Size exchanges will be offered if available. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

****Custom orders will not be accepted for return****

All custom orders made in your specific measurements will not be returnable. When placing a custom order, fabric swatches will be sent for your approval. Pictures will be taken and e-mailed before your order is shipped. I can provide information on how and where to take your measurements. Please measure carefully as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements! I will answer all questions you have and send as many swatches/pictures you would like before shipping your final product. Communication is the key to receiving the perfect garment!

*Wedding gowns will most likely need additonal alterations after receipt to ensure a perfect fit.* Local customers may schedule an appointment for a fitting in my studio. Customers out of the area will need to make arrangements with a seamstress in your area if there are additional alterations required.

Absolutely! If you see an item that you would like in another color or size please contact Angela for availability. Also, if you have a completely different style in mind, e-mail a description or picture of what you have in mind to angela@eleventeenapparel.com. She will contact you to discuss specific details of your garment as well as fabrics and pricing.

How should I care for my garments? TOP

The preferred method to care for your garments is to handwash or machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Care instructions will be included with your purchase.
