Yes! Everything from Eleventeen Apparel is handmade by Angela. All seams are serged for durability and long life. What is your return policy? TOP
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact angela@eleventeenapparel.com before returning your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Size exchanges will be offered if available. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
****Custom orders will not be accepted for return****
All custom orders are made in your specific measurements and therefore will not be returnable. When placing a custom order, fabric swatches and design sketch will be sent for your approval. Pictures will be taken and e-mailed before your order is shipped. Communication is key when placing a custom order! I will answer all questions you have and send as many swatches/pictures you would like before shipping your final product. Do you take custom orders? TOP
Absolutely! If you see an item that you would like in another color or size please contact Angela for availability. Also, if you have a completely different style in mind, e-mail a description or picture of what you have in mind to angela@eleventeenapparel.com. She will contact you to discuss specific details of your garment as well as fabrics and pricing. Do you take wholesale orders? TOP
We do take wholesale orders on items that are not one of a kind. Please contact Angela with any questions regarding colors, sizes, and availability. How should I care for my garments? TOP
The preferred method to care for your garments is to machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Care instructions will be included with your purchase. |
